Warranty policy

At Arabhardware Store, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our warranty, return, and exchange policies written in a clear and simple format.

1. Warranty Policy

General Terms

Your product is covered under the local agent’s warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period depends on the product and ranges between 6 months and 3 years. Please keep your purchase invoice as proof of warranty. If the invoice is lost, you must provide your order number.

Warranty service is handled by the local agent, not directly by Arabhardware Store. You may contact the agent yourself or ask us for their contact details. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or mishandling. This includes physical damage such as scratches, burns, or broken parts, exposure to liquids, and any tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Damage caused by electrical issues such as power surges or unstable voltage is also not covered. If any accessories or original packaging are missing, warranty service will not apply.

If the customer ships the product to Arabhardware Store, they are responsible for any damage during shipping. If we ship the product to the customer, we are responsible for any shipping damage.

How to Claim Warranty

To claim a warranty, the customer can either deliver the product to our office in person, send it to us through a courier company, or request a pickup service. Shipping costs in all cases are covered by the customer.

2. Warranty Within the First 30 Days

You can return or exchange a defective product within 30 days from the purchase date, provided that our maintenance team confirms a manufacturing defect.

If the product is defective upon first use, the customer must contact us within 7 days. After the first 7 days, the regular warranty will apply, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.

If the returned product is tested and no defect is found, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer. If a defect is confirmed, the customer will receive either a replacement product or a refund based on the purchase invoice.

3. Warranty After 30 Days

After 30 days, customers may still benefit from the warranty service by sending the defective product to the local agent for repair or replacement. The customer can either go directly to the agent or request that Arabhardware Store handle the process.

Our maintenance team will inspect the product to diagnose the issue. If the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will send it to the agent on the customer’s behalf.

Typical repair time for software or driver-related issues is between 2 to 5 business days. For more complex issues such as power failures, blue screen errors, or freezing, the repair may take 7 to 14 business days, not including the agent’s processing time.

Agent’s Final Decision

The local agent makes the final decision regarding the repair or replacement. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the agent may repair the product, provide a replacement, issue a full refund, or in some cases, offer a partial refund depending on their usage policy.

To qualify for warranty service, customers must keep all original packaging and accessories. If any items are missing, the product will not be covered.

If a refund is issued by the agent, the customer must provide an official receipt showing the deducted amount to receive their refund from Arabhardware Store. The agent typically responds within 7 to 14 business days.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. However, pre-built PCs cannot be returned once received if any components have been unsealed, unless a manufacturing defect is present.

To return or exchange a product, the customer can deliver it to our office, ship it via courier, or request a pickup service. In all cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

The product must be in its original condition, sealed in its box, and include all original accessories. If the product was purchased with a discount, only the paid amount will be refunded. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Cash refunds must be collected from our office by appointment, and bank refunds require 7 to 14 business days to process.

Return or Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, the customer must first contact our customer service team at 0221203192. The customer then chooses the return method (drop-off, shipping, or pickup). After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 48 hours to confirm it meets the return conditions. The refund or exchange will then be processed after deducting shipping cost
