You can receive your order in one of two ways:

- Receipt via shipping company
- Pickup From Store
After completing the order and confirming it through the customer service team, you can collect it from the company’s administrative headquarters.
Receipt hours are from Sunday to Thursday, from 10 am to 4 pm.

We have chosen a distinctive package of shipping and packaging services with customized materials to ensure that you receive your order intact.
When you receive your order, you must inspect it after receipt from the shipping company representative (the shipment cannot be opened for inspection before receipt. If you want to inspect, you can do so by receiving it from the company’s headquarters).
If there is a problem with the product, contact our customer service team from here to take the necessary steps regarding receiving the part from you for examination and completing the return or exchange procedures according to the return and exchange policy.

Shipping cost and duration

If a PC is ordered (assembled), 24 hours are added to the shipping period to install and test the parts to ensure the device’s performance. The duration may reach 48 hours during offers, taking into account Friday and Saturday as days off or any official holiday.
