Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash when your order arrives

Customers can opt for cash on delivery, allowing them to pay for their order upon receipt. This service is available for all orders delivered within the applicable regions across Egypt.

  • Available for all standard orders within Egypt’s covered regions.
  • For custom PC builds, a 25% down payment of the total order value is required before processing the order.
  • If the total order value exceeds EGP 20,000, the customer must pay an advance payment to cover the difference, so the remaining amount does not exceed EGP 20,000 upon delivery.
Example: If the order value is EGP 100,000, the customer pays an advance of EGP 80,000 and only EGP 20,000 is collected upon delivery.
Notice: If the required down payment is not paid, the order will not be shipped, as the shipping agent cannot collect more than EGP 20,000 upon delivery.
