At AHW Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be sealed (if originally sealed by the manufacturer).
Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective item
An incorrect item
Please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used, installed, or physically damaged after delivery.
Products with missing accessories, manuals, original packaging, or serial number labels.
Products purchased with a free gift or promotional item can only be returned if the free gift is returned in its original condition along with the purchased product. If the free gift is missing, used, or damaged, the return request may be declined or the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.
Customized or special-order products.
Software, digital products, activation keys, or downloadable content (if applicable).
Gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team. Once your return request is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
