Pickup from Our Office
You can pick up your order from our headquarters after completing the purchase and confirming with our customer service team.
Pickup hours are from Sunday to Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Home Delivery
We use strong and secure packaging to make sure your items arrive safely.
When the shipping company delivers your order, please check the package before accepting it. However, opening the box before receiving it is not allowed. If you want to inspect the product before accepting it, we recommend choosing pickup from our office.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact our customer service team. We will help you return the item and follow the return or exchange process.

Note: If your order includes a custom-built PC, please allow an extra 24 hours for assembly and testing. During sales or promotions, this may take up to 48 hours.
Orders are not processed on Fridays, Saturdays, or national holidays, so delivery may be delayed during those times.
Tracking Your Order
You can contact our customer service team to get your tracking number. You can then follow the shipment through the shipping company's website.
