ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 420 — 420 mm AIO with Active VRM Cooling
A 420 mm all-in-one cooler built on a 38 mm-thick aluminium radiator (458 × 138 × 38 mm) that holds more liquid than a typical 27 mm unit, cooled by three ARCTIC P14 Pro fans (400–2500 rpm, 110 cfm, 5.2 mmH₂O). The pump (800–2800 rpm) drives a micro-skived copper cold plate with offset mounting toward the CPU hotspot, and a PWM VRM fan in the pump housing cools the motherboard's voltage regulators. Intel builds get an LGA1851 / LGA1700 contact frame, AMD builds mount on AM5 / AM4, and MX-6 paste and a 6-year warranty are included.

Clean, Easy Installs
Fans come pre-installed and pre-wired with cables run inside the tube sleeving, and one all-in-one PWM cable or a splitter lets you sync or separately control pump, VRM fan and radiator fans.
Three P14 Pro Fans: 5.2 mmH₂O, 110 cfm
The graphic lists the P14 Pro's figures: 400–2500 rpm, 5.2 mmH₂O static pressure and 110 cfm (186 m³/h) of airflow, on fluid dynamic bearings — pressure that pushes air through the dense 38 mm radiator.
Cold Plate Shifted Over the CPU Hotspot
The diagram compares the cold-plate centre with the actual hotspot on AM5 and LGA1851 chips: the offset mounting moves the plate toward the hotspot for more efficient heat transfer.
Intel Contact Frame Included
ARCTIC's contact frame replaces Intel's loading mechanism to distribute contact pressure evenly, which ARCTIC says extends CPU lifespan and improves heat dissipation.
Pre-Wired Fans and an Integrated VRM Fan
Shown installed: the three radiator fans arrive mounted with their cables routed through the tube sleeving, and the pump head carries a small PWM fan aimed at the motherboard's voltage regulators.
