Cooler Master MasterFrame 500 Mesh ARGB — Black Open-Frame Mid Tower
The MasterFrame 500 Mesh is built on Cooler Master's FreeForm 2.0 exposed frame, which the manual shows reconfigured with the PSU at the top or bottom, the front I/O strip at the top or bottom, and the whole layout mirrored. This ARGB version arrives with two 200 mm SickleFlow ARGB PWM fans behind the mesh front and a 120 mm ARGB fan at the rear, and takes graphics cards up to 390 mm, CPU coolers up to 190 mm and 360 mm radiators at both front and top.
Big GPUs and Dual 360 mm Radiators
Two 200 mm intake fans behind a full mesh front feed the GPU and CPU directly. There is room for a 390 mm graphics card (up to 190 mm tall including its power connector), a 190 mm tower cooler, or 360 mm radiators at the front and top at once.
A Frame You Can Rearrange
Move the PSU to the top, move the I/O strip, or mirror the whole layout, as shown in Cooler Master's build guide. Panels come off without tools, a GPU support bracket is included, and Cooler Master publishes the modular design files for the FreeForm 2.0 frame.
Full Mesh Front and Front I/O Strip
The front is one mesh panel with removable filters, and the I/O strip along its base carries 2 × USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, 1 × USB Type-C and a 3.5 mm headset jack. The case measures 471 × 261 × 544 mm (60.9 L).
Open Main Chamber and PSU Shroud
With the side off, the exposed frame leaves the main chamber open above a PSU shroud. It takes ATX PSUs up to 235 mm, offers 8 expansion slots and 43 mm of cable space behind the tray, and has one bottom bay for a 2.5" or 3.5" drive.
Two 200 mm SickleFlow ARGB Fans
Lit up, the two pre-installed 200 mm SickleFlow ARGB PWM fans fill the front and the 120 mm ARGB fan glows at the rear. The front also takes 3 × 120, 2 × 140 or 2 × 180 mm fans, and a 3-to-1 fan splitter is in the box.
Room for a 390 mm Graphics Card
Cooler Master's built system shows the 390 mm GPU clearance, here beside a top-mounted 360 mm liquid cooler (not included). Front and top each take 120, 140, 240, 280 or 360 mm radiators, and the rear takes 120 mm.
