The Elite Gold 1000 is Cooler Master's 1000W, 80 PLUS Gold unit built to ATX 3.1, with PCIe 5.1 support and a native 12V-2x6 (12+4-pin) cable for current graphics cards. Cooler Master rates it for peak loads up to 200% of its rated output, delivers it from a single +12V rail of 83.3 A, and keeps it cool with a 120 mm fluid dynamic bearing fan. Every cable is detachable and flat, and the housing is a compact 140 × 150 × 86 mm.
High-End GPU Builds
ATX 3.1 transient handling (peaks up to 200% of rated output) and a native 12V-2x6 cable suit current high-power graphics cards, with six more 6+2-pin PCI-E connectors for cards that use the older plugs.
Tidy, Compact Builds
All cables detach, so only the ones you use go in the case, and they are flat with an embossed finish that Cooler Master says is easier to grip and route. At 150 mm long, the unit leaves more room at the PSU end of the case.
Power Architecture & Thermal Highlights
120 mm FDB Fan
The fan face shows a 120 mm fan behind a wire grille. Cooler Master uses a fluid dynamic bearing for quiet, long-life cooling, and rates the unit to operate at up to 40 °C.
Fully Modular Panel
The rear panel is labelled for the motherboard, CPU/PCI-E, SATA/Molex and 12V-2x6 cables. In the box: 1 × 24-pin, 2 × EPS 4+4, 6 × PCI-E 6+2 on 3 cables, 1 × 12+4-pin, 9 × SATA and 3 × Molex.
Native 12V-2x6 for New GPUs
The 12V-2x6 socket takes a single 12+4-pin cable, shown here marked 600W. With ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 support, it powers current graphics cards without an adapter.
Single 83.3 A +12V Rail
The rating label shows model MPW-A001-AFAG, 1000W total and a single +12V rail at 83.3 A (999.6 W), with +3.3V and +5V sharing 110 W. It also carries the 80 PLUS Gold badge.
