Gigabyte B760M DS3H GEN5 — a Micro-ATX B760 board that drives four displays and runs PCIe 5.0 graphics

An Ultra Durable Micro-ATX board on the Intel B760 chipset for 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core processors. It pairs a PCIe 5.0 x16 graphics slot with four DDR5 slots, two PCIe 4.0 M.2 sockets under heatsinks, and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet. The rear panel is unusually generous for a Micro-ATX board: D-Sub, HDMI and two DisplayPorts drive up to four screens at once.

1

LGA 1700 CPU socket — dead centre

Takes 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron processors. The board's own silkscreen next to the socket reads "Supports Intel Core 14th", so 14th Gen support is printed on the PCB itself.

2

VRM heatsinks — top and left of the socket

Two finned Ultra Durable heatsink blocks wrap the power stage on the top and left edges, fed by the CPU power connector at the top-left corner. Unlike entry H610 boards, the power stage here is actively cooled by metal rather than left bare.

3

4 × DDR5 DIMM slots — right edge

Four-slot dual-channel DDR5 running at up to 5600 MT/s. Four slots on a Micro-ATX board means you can start with two sticks and fill in later instead of replacing the kit.

4

PCIe 5.0 x16 with UD Slot — middle of the board

The long white slot is Gigabyte's PCIe UD Slot: a metal-shielded, extra-anchored PCIe 5.0 x16 socket built to hold a heavy modern graphics card without sagging.

5

2 × PCIe 3.0 x1 slots — lower left

Two short slots sit below the graphics slot, silkscreened PCIEX1_1 and PCIEX1_2. They stay clear of a triple-slot GPU's cooler, so a capture card or sound card still fits.

6

2 × M.2 sockets under heatsinks — above the x16 slot and lower right

Two PCIe 4.0 M.2 sockets, each covered by its own heatsink — the long finned bar above the graphics slot and the branded plate on the lower right. Both carry NVMe drives at full Gen4 speed.

7

4 × SATA 6 Gb/s — right edge

Four right-angled SATA ports with RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 support, positioned on the board edge so cables exit cleanly behind the drive cage.

8

Front headers and ARGB — bottom edge

The bottom edge carries front-panel audio, USB, the system panel block, a system fan header and two addressable RGB headers (ARGB_V2_1 and ARGB_V2_2) for case lighting.

Metal VRM heatsinks

Two finned Ultra Durable blocks cover the power stage on the top and left edges of the socket. On a board built for locked 13th and 14th Gen chips, that metal is what keeps sustained all-core workloads from throttling on VRM temperature.

Ultra Durable build

Gigabyte's Ultra Durable programme covers the PCB, the solid capacitors and the reinforced slots. The PCIe UD Slot is the visible part: a metal-shielded x16 socket anchored for heavy cards.

Two heatsinked M.2 sockets

Both PCIe 4.0 M.2 drives sit under their own metal covers. Gen4 NVMe drives throttle when they cook, so the heatsinks matter more here than on a Gen3 board.

High-end audio capacitor

The onboard 8-channel HD audio stage uses high-end audio capacitors, and the audio circuit is separated from the rest of the PCB by the illuminated divider line visible along the left edge.

Will It Fit Your Build?

Check these before you add to cart

Processor

Any 12th, 13th or 14th Gen Intel Core, Pentium Gold or Celeron on LGA 1700.

Memory

DDR5 only — 4 slots, dual channel, up to 5600 MT/s. DDR4 will not physically fit this board.

Graphics card

PCIe 5.0 x16 UD Slot, metal-shielded and anchored for heavy cards. Check card length against your case, not the board.

Storage

2 × M.2 PCIe 4.0 (both heatsinked) plus 4 × SATA 6 Gb/s with RAID 0/1/5/10.

Multi-monitor

Four display outputs — D-Sub, HDMI and two DisplayPorts — driving up to four screens from Intel integrated graphics.

Case

Micro-ATX board — drops into any Micro-ATX, Mid-Tower or Full-Tower ATX chassis.

!

No onboard Wi-Fi or Bluetooth

Wired 2.5 GbE only — faster than the usual gigabit port, but you will need a PCIe or USB Wi-Fi adapter if the machine cannot reach a cable. Both PCIe x1 slots are free for that.

!

No CPU overclocking

The B760 chipset does not support CPU multiplier overclocking. Memory can still run its rated XMP profile.

Build Q&A

The questions builders actually ask about this board
Can I really run four monitors from this board?+
Yes — the rear panel carries D-Sub, HDMI and two DisplayPorts, and the board supports up to four simultaneous displays from the processor's integrated graphics. You need a CPU with integrated graphics (most Intel Core models except the F-suffix parts).
Does it take DDR4 memory?+
No. This is the DDR5 version and the slots are keyed for DDR5 only — a DDR4 stick will not physically seat. There is a separate B760M DS3H DDR4 model if you need to reuse DDR4.
What does PCIe 5.0 x16 actually give me today?+
Headroom. Current graphics cards do not saturate PCIe 4.0, so the practical gain now is small — but the slot is metal-shielded and extra-anchored, which does matter immediately for holding a heavy triple-fan card level.
How fast is the network port?+
2.5 Gigabit Ethernet — two and a half times the usual gigabit port. It is useful with a 2.5G switch or a NAS; on an ordinary 1G home router it simply negotiates down to 1 Gb/s.
Can I fit two NVMe drives?+
Yes. There are two M.2 PCIe 4.0 sockets and both come with their own heatsink already fitted — one above the graphics slot, one on the lower right. Gen4 drives run hot, so the covers are doing real work.
Will a 14th Gen processor work out of the box?+
The board's silkscreen states 14th Gen support directly on the PCB. Depending on the BIOS revision it ships with, a very new CPU may still want a BIOS update — our engineers flash the latest BIOS free of charge when you buy the CPU with the board.
Can I overclock the CPU?+
No — B760 does not support CPU multiplier overclocking; that needs a Z-series chipset. Memory still runs its rated XMP profile, and the metal VRM heatsinks keep sustained all-core loads stable.
Is there RGB lighting support?+
Yes, two addressable RGB headers (ARGB_V2) on the bottom edge drive addressable case fans and strips. The board itself is a clean black-and-grey design rather than an RGB showpiece.
Does AHW Store update the BIOS before shipping?+
Every motherboard ships sealed in its original retail packaging with the factory BIOS. Our engineers can flash the latest vendor BIOS free of charge on request when you order a CPU with the board, which guarantees first-boot compatibility with the newest supported CPU generation.
What warranty coverage is included?+
All motherboards sold at AHW Store carry the official authorized distributor warranty with local technical support and replacement. Full terms in our Warranty Policy ↗.
What payment and installment plans are available in Egypt?+
Cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, and flexible installment plans through ValU, Sympl, Forsa and bank credit cards. See our Payment & Installments Guide ↗.
How fast is shipping across Egypt?+
Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days across all Egyptian governorates, packed in anti-static shielding with shock-protected outer packaging (with pickup available from our 6th of October headquarters). See our Shipping Policy ↗.
Can AHW Store build the complete PC around this motherboard?+
Yes. Our certified engineers assemble, cable-manage, flash BIOS, stress-test and tune the finished system before it ships. Start with our Custom PC Builder ↗.
