It is a PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe 1.4 drive. It also works in PCIe 4.0 and 5.0 M.2 slots, running at its own Gen3 speed.

Lexar rates the 1TB model at up to 3300 MB/s sequential read. Lexar does not publish a write figure, noting only that writes are lower.

Will it fit my laptop?

It fits any laptop or desktop with an M.2 2280 slot that supports NVMe. A SATA-only M.2 slot will not run it.
