On a microSD card of up to 512 GB (sold separately) or in Tapo Care cloud storage (subscription).

Yes. Motion tracking turns the camera to follow moving subjects, and you can also pan and tilt it yourself from the Tapo app.
Does it work with Alexa and Google Assistant?
Yes. It works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and supports RTSP and ONVIF for compatible recorders.
Does it connect to 5 GHz Wi-Fi?
No. It connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, so keep your router's 2.4 GHz band on during setup.
