Frequently Asked Questions

Technical Details & Policies

What makes KryoSheet superior to traditional thermal paste?

KryoSheet is constructed from an aligned anisotropic graphene matrix with in-plane thermal conductivity up to 1,600 W/mK. Unlike thermal pastes, it contains no liquid carriers, meaning it never suffers from pump-out effect, dry-out, or thermal degradation over time.

Is KryoSheet electrically conductive? How should it be handled?

Yes, graphene is electrically conductive. Always ensure the KryoSheet does not touch exposed SMD capacitors or circuit traces around the GPU or CPU die. Non-conductive conformal coating or insulating tape around the die perimeter is recommended for bare-die applications.

Does KryoSheet require maintenance or replacement?

No. KryoSheet delivers true maintenance-free operation. Once installed, its molecular matrix remains completely stable across thousands of thermal expansion cycles for the lifetime of your hardware.

Can KryoSheet be trimmed or cut with scissors?

We strongly recommend selecting the pre-cut size matching your hardware. If necessary, KryoSheet can be carefully cut with a sharp precision craft scalpel, avoiding bending or fraying the graphene layer.

What temperature range does KryoSheet support?

KryoSheet operates safely across an extreme thermal spectrum from -250°C (extreme cryogenic / liquid nitrogen cooling) up to +150°C.

What warranty coverage is included with Thermal Grizzly products at AHW Store?

All Thermal Grizzly products purchased from AHW Store are 100% authentic, imported through official channels, and backed by an official 1-Year authorized warranty in Egypt with local customer support.

What payment options and installment plans are accepted at checkout?

We accept Cash on Delivery across Egypt, Visa, MasterCard, Meeza, and flexible 0% interest installment plans through ValU, Sympl, Souhoola, Aman, and leading Egyptian banks.

How fast is shipping and delivery across Egyptian governorates?

Orders are carefully packed in protective packaging and dispatched via insured courier services, arriving at your doorstep within 2 to 7 business days across all Egyptian governorates with tracking.

Can AHW Store technicians assist with applying thermal pads or building my PC?

Yes! You can contact our technical support or visit our workshop for expert thermal repasting, pad installation, and custom PC assembly conducted by certified hardware professionals.

What is AHW Store's return and replacement policy?

We offer a 14-day return and replacement policy for unopened products in original factory condition or items with verified manufacturer defects, strictly following Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency regulations.
